Lauren Hodgson

Dalcroze Certificate and BM

A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Lauren Hodgson began studying piano at age seven and was first introduced to Dalcroze Eurhythmics at age fifteen. Lauren completed the bachelor of music program in piano performance at the Baldwin Wallace Conservatory of Music in Cleveland, Ohio before moving to Colorado to pursue certification in the Dalcroze method full-time in the professional studies program at the Dalcroze School of the Rockies. Lauren is a scholarship recipient from the Dalcroze Society of America and has also received the “Emerging Artist Award” from the Texas State International Piano Festival. She maintains a private studio and enjoys teaching students in the Denver and Boulder areas.
